Pediatric care
Our highly skilled and trained staff is committed to providing outstanding care for your child in coordination with your primary medical/specialty care providers, day care, school and community service agencies. We work closely with your family and surrounding caregivers to address your needs and to incorporate your goals in developing your child?s treatment program to give him/her the greatest opportunity to succeed. We teach home program to accelerate progress.
Neuroplasticity
You know your baby better than anyone. If you have concerns, we listen. We want to teach each person that comes in contact with your child how to therapeutically work with them for the best improvement and outcomes. Our therapists incorporate therapeutic exercises into playful activities. The mind and body of a child improves directly with how often they perform advanced, specialized therapeutic exercises.
Clinic based
Health Sphere Wellness Center can see your child in the clinic and implement special equipment into the treatments.
Home based
Many times therapists are able to see your child in the home. The advantage of this type of therapy is that we are able use toys and equipment already in the home for treatments. This is especially a good idea if your child has a weak immune system, uses a respirator, tube feedings or has frequent seizures.
Our therapists specialize in evaluation, treatment, and management of infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of congenital, developmental, neuromuscular, skeletal, or acquired disorders that may cause limitations in any of the following areas:
- Gross motor development
- Fine motor development
- Visual Motor ? vision therapy
- Eye hand coordination
- Balance and coordination
- Strength and endurance
- Activities of daily living
- Cognitive processing/attention
- Sensory processing/integration
- Scoliosis and Torticollis
- Pain in joints or muscles
- Misshapen head (Deformational Plagiocephaly)
- Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome
